Why are you so confident about your products?
Our confidence is built on the expertise of our tech manager and the researches over years. The selections of materials, processes and finishes, and the feedbacks from customers are the strongest standingpoint holding our confidence.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We will accept decks that are not yet opened and are ordered through our website within 60 days, and make refund to you. The shipping would not be covered by us. For exchange policy, new decks would be send out once the old deck is confirmed in delivery
what if I want to cancel order?
You may send the request. We will cancel it right away if the items are not yet in delivery, so that we suggest the cancel requests need to be submitted soon as possible.
How do we contact customer service?
Sending a request on “Contact us” would be the fastest choice, we will reply soon as we receive the request
Do we have any discount on the purchases?
Yes, there will be discount from 5% to 25%. The dicount rate would be determined by your purchase price.
